Today, my fat day included:

• Finishing up a BBC series I’ve been watching.
• Making a delicious chicken/pineapple/broccoli stir fry for my mom and I.
• Playing mini-golf and getting icecream with an old friend.
• Reupholstering 3 kitchen stools for my apartment.

So overall, my “fat day,” was relaxing, enjoyable, full of laughs, and very productive. (As well as thrifty!)

Add those words to the list of what fat days really can be.

I was not going to post this picture because of how bloated my belly looked in my favorite tight fitted bodycon dress. I am on my menstrual cycle and while most women get cramps and gain a little water retention. I get real bloated to the point that some of my clothing does not fit.  Well I am not going to let that ruin my day and my fabulous 90’s inspired outfit, therefore I’m posting it. I am learning to still love all of me even when I feel my very best and worst =)
